From the initial meeting with Richard when he came out to the house to discuss what we wanted to do, you know youre in a safe pair of hands. The main fear we had was for the work not to go well and to run into trouble but this was never going to be the case with Open Plan Homes. I can’t recommend them enough, nothing was an issue and they came up with great ideas to make the final result even better than we could have imagined. Besides the quality of their work, they were great to have on-site each day, very easy going and good humoured.

Richard, Peter & team renovated our home in Dublin this year. The house was built in 1982, and was in need of a deep retrofit. Openplanhomes removed internal walls, dry-lined, insulated and transformed the space completely.
I looked around for a long time for builders I could trust to deliver excellent quality work, on time, for a fair price, and who were actually sound…that’s Richard & Peter.
As part of the project I managed all other trades directly, and didn’t have a QS, Architect, or Project Manager on the site. Richard & Peter were massively accommodating, helping with sequencing, timelines and bringing a lot of proactive practical advice.
